- Preparation of year-end audit files accordingly to the written procedures
- Very detailed review of work delivered by local bookkeeper
- Perform monthly and quarterly tasks in line with procedures
- Being first point of contact for local bookkeeper and external auditor
- Perform a detailed review of both B/S and P/L accounts for errors, omissions or inconsistencies
- Manage the relationship with the business counterpart and local bookkeeper
- Ensuring effective communication within the business counterpart to address all issues and lead resolution actions
- Taking full responsibility for timely preparation of all deliverables related to allocated Entities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Fluent English
- Master degree in accountancy or shared service experience is a plus
- Audit experience will be a very strong asset – min 3 years
- Highly developed analytical skills and ability to work within a problem solving environment
- Ability to execute tasks from the counter party
- Experience in preparation of financial statements
- Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an asset
- MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (Oracle)
- Ability to follow written procedures very precisely
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year end closing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
