Opis stanowiska

The role - German Customer Advisor - Currently the y are expanding the team of German Customer Advisors team for end users of innovative software and electronics goods manufacturer. In the role you will

  • Provide technical support and customer service to German customers on smart phones and other telecommunication devices
  • Diagnose the issues and provide a path to resolving inquiries
  • Database administration
  • Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue, including online tutorials, in-store programs and help applications built into the programs.

Wymagania

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in German + communicative level of English
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Good Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals
