German Customer Service Team Supervisor

What will be You responsibilities?
- Supervising the work of the team for the customer service
- Organising everyday duties of the team, managing the schedule
- Monitoring the quality of the customer service and ensuring high standards in this respect
- Accustoming to the work recruits and ensuring the system of trainings
- Monitoring coming requests for the business customer
- Analysing accessible reports of the scope of the level of the satisfaction of the customer In order to improve the service
- Identifying the training needs
- Conducting trainings and the coaching for the current team
- Creating templates, ready replies etc., in order to ensure the integrity in the communication
- At least 6 months of experience in managing the team
- At least 3 years of experience In the customer service In the international environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Knowledge of customer service standards and long-term ability to shape realtions with business partners
- Commitment to performed tasks and the pro activity
- Perfect interpersonal abilities and good abilities in the operation of the computer
