As Crossover's Country GM, you will report to the CEO of Crossover and be responsible for driving exceptional growth in Poland. You will 100x our top talent sourcing in Poland, manage the operations, develop key partnerships and nurture a community of highly-skilled expert workers.
- Brainstorm, plan, and execute step-function sourcing growth of talent joining Crossover in Poland
- Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns via social media and other means
- Partner with local recruiting agencies, academic institutions, local job boards, co-working locations and thought leaders to expand Crossover to the best and brightest talent
- Manage local regulatory concerns and local politics
- Represent Crossover at local events and with local PR
- Develop a community and culture of Crossover talent from career coaching, training activities and job success
- Skills and Experience we require:
- 7+ years of experience in talent management, marketing and operations management experience
- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement through strong analytical thinking
- Creative solutions driven mindset, with get things done attitude
- People magnet with stellar interpersonal and networking skills
- Deep understanding of the local talent market
- Entrepreneurial DNA and fearlessness
Compensation
- Total compensation for this position is $100,00/year
