Our Client is a Nordic-based naval architecture and engineering firm specializing in consulting, design and engineering from small concept development tasks and studies to complete engineering packages in the marine field. Our Client offers services to the Marine and Offshore industries worldwide.
Currently we are looking for our globally well-known Client in Tri-city area candidates for the position of:
- Preparation of the annual budget
- Approves investment projects and purchasing agreements according to approved budget
- Responsible for the overall development of the office and business including subcontractor and customer agreements, hiring of new employees and compensation.
- Financial responsible (Profit & Loss)
- Responsible for the training and development plans
- Reporting directly to the company's Board of Directors
- Responsible for the company's sales and marketing activities
- Active business development in Poland and internationally
- Responsible for customer interface
- Represent the company in official and public events
- Good knowledge of the Engineering market in the region
- Fluency in Polish and good command of English
- Preferably degree in naval architecture/engineering
- Experience in project and people management
- Previous work and management experience in SME sized engineering company
- Previous financial and management responsibility of similar organization is an advantage
- Self-driven and motivated to work for constant growth of the business and development of the company
- A team player who knows how to build a well-working team
- Must have understanding of shipbuilding in generally
- Chose person shall be hired by a contract of employment (non-managerial contract)
