General Manager (Manage business with strategic/critical equipment suppliers, negotiations and partnership agreements and contracts with those suppliers)

Zadania:
- Business relationship with the supplier: help in theresearch and project of obtaining the best technical conditions or commercialconditions of the offers received from suppliers.
- Provide the maximum possible value to theproposals and therefore the business development process
- Identify Risks. Ensure at all times appropriatetransfer and mitigation or elimination of risks and compliance with contractualand technical specifications
- Creating and maintaining a work climate within theorganization, division, department, etc.. that encourages participation ofpeople and their commitment to culture, values, objectives and goals.
- Promote the improvement and optimisation ofprocesses, equipment and systems, in collaboration with support units andgained experiences, in order to meet the quality and expectations of clientsand achieve a significant competitive advantage.
- Reporting. Write and sumbit reports on the results anddeviations detected in the execution of a plan (attainment of objectives,deviations detected) to propose improvement actions and recommendations.
- Verify compliance of the rules applicable to thebusiness to ensure proper compliance with the procedures and actions taken,requesting all technical documentation, commercial and legal skills needed forclosing agreements and/or contracts
- Technical Competencies
- Manage commercial relationship. Perform the propermanagement of the business relationship with suppliers of strategic/criticalsupplies to ensure their support in the offer process
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers ofstrategic/critical supplies, ensuring that the technical guaranteescheme/contract is consistent with the requirements of the main EPC contract,required by the offer and/or project. Negotiation for the best conditions oftime, cost and quality of goods or services required.
- Analyze offers of providers of the strategic/criticalsupplies at a commercial level to ensure compliance of requirements establishedby the Proposal and/or Project
- Commercial Vision. Flexibility, dynamism andproactivity focused on the business activities during the business developmentprocess.
- Develop and formalize the Partnership Agreementsthat may be required to work with providers of strategic/critical supplies
- Identify Risks. Ensure at all times appropriatetransfer and mitigation or elimination of risks and
- compliance with contractual and technicalspecifications
- Facilitate the work of team members by maintaining aneffective flow of communication and cooperation in a permanent way.
- Definition of agreements and contracts. With thecollaboration of other areas, define and develop the agreements and contractsthat are required to ensure the conditions in which strategic supplies arepurchased
- requires a 4 year bachelor's degree most preferably in Engineering.
- up to 5 years of strategic purchases in energy and/or renewables sectors.
- excellent communication skills both oral and written level; andability to communicate at different levels as well as with different functions(Sr. Management, engineers, lenders, technical advisers).
- self motivated, and proactive professional with the ability to operatein a remote direction context.
- fluency in English.
- available to move to our headquater in Sevilla (Spain) for 6 months fora training period
