Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position:
The role holder accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work process. This position supervises service delivery in respect of specific F&A functions support and oversees a team of up to 15 staff members. The Supervisor leads a team that provides F&A shared services operations support in accordance with the established policies, procedures and service level agreements.
This role is responsible for ensuring service delivery and quality standards are consistently met by the team. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for training and developing personal growth opportunities.

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards, adhering to legal regulations

Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience including at least 1 year of supervisory experience

Strong accounting background, university graduate with a degree in Finance & Accounting discipline preferred

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Knowledge of SAP system

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

Excellent communication and client relations skills (facilitation and presentation skills a plus)

Strong spoken and written English
