Job description:
- Management of service delivery
- Client relationship management
- Operational issues management
- Actively support improvements and transformation projects
- Support scope extensions
- Lead client presentations and workshops if required
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing. Assure proper grades pyramid in delivery team. Manage people and training plans.

Requirements
- Fluent English is essential (verbal and written)
- Any other EU language will be an advantage
- Complex EU GL process background is a must
- Very good understanding of GPM R2A processes
- Transition or change management experience will be strong asset
- Good project management ability
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strong Client facing skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
