General Ledger Analyst- Acquisition Integration

Key responsibilities include:
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliation
- Statutory to GAAP analysis and adjustments
- Sub-ledger to GL reconciliation
- Preparing and reviewing journals
- Support audit of financial statements as required
- Ensuring compliance with month end / year end calendar
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies of our Client
- Manage the relationship with the business counterpart
- Ensuring effective communication within the business counterpart to address all issues and lead resolution actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Full ownership of handled entities
- TB analysis
- Fluent English
- Master degree in accountancy or shared service experience is a plus
- Accounting experience – 2-3 years
- Good MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (Oracle)
- High standard of professional conduct
- Excellent business writing skills, proficient in report writing, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year end closing
- Ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
