Role objective:
The role is responsible for internal and external communications in the Global Business Services in the Krakow and Poland entity . Creates and coordinate the implementation of various Corporate-level communications, employees engagement and brand building initiatives.
- Streamlines and coordinates company communications to both internal and external audiences,
- Manages specific and targeted communications activities/initiatives; contributing creative and message strategies to develop clear, consistent and credible communications that support the company’s internal programs and marketing objectives.
- Responsible for specific GBS goals, especially those where communications plays an important role in our ability to attract, retain, and engage talent.
- Responsibilities for Krakow Center internal and external communications activities include: function specific communications, newsletters / internal mailing, marketing materials, social media/intranet activities, press releases/media relations , event management
- Ensures communications are aligned with the local, regional & central business strategy, priorities and corporate policies
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, reinforcing marketing and communications best practices,
- Active support of employer branding activities in cooperation with Talent Acquisition,
- Consistently collaborate with various cross-functional teams within the company
- At least 5 years of solid working experience in HR / Communication / PR roles in global, international environment,
- Ability to deal with a broad range of communication activities and channels,
- Ability to self-manage and operate independently but also take clear and specific directions

- Fluency in written and spoken English
