The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
- Capturing transfer orders on both hedge and mutual funds
- Preparing transfer instructions
- Creating Stock Transfer Forms, Standard Settlement Instruction and extra documentations requested for the Transfer
- Sending transfer orders to Transfer Agents
- Following up of orders execution
- Reconciling discrepancies in due time
- Following up on queries (emails, phone calls)
- Cooperating with Fund Dealing Services Teams to ensure high quality solutions
- Minimum BA degree (ideally in: Finance, Economics, Law)
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Knowledge of Investment Fund Industry and Securities Market
- At least 2 years of experience on similar position
- Fluency in English is a must
- Good knowledge of French language is required
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
- Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
