The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
(up to 6 months international training in Paris is to be expected)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up the missing Contract Notes for orders waiting for settlement and carry out appropriate actions
- Treat the discrepancies between the contract notes and our orders
- Settle the orders with foreign counterparties and on our clients" accounts
- Check the accounting (pending, short positions...)
- Investigate and Regularize cash & securities discrepancies
- Prepare Corporate Action (cash & securities dividends)
- Alert the manager of any incident (with or without P&L consequences, about IT issues, client requests, etc.)
Requirements:
We are interested both in experienced professionals as well as new graduates. The level of the position will be adjusted individually basing on candidates" professional experience.

- Experience in Fund Industry (for Junior Specialist experience in mentioned fields will be an asset)
