- Collaborate with GBS functional teams and/or Operational Excellence to review functional training status and determine effectiveness of training
- Handle the scheduling of the various functional training sessions, generation and distribution of handouts, assessments, and miscellaneous documentation
- Collaborate with GBS functional teams and/or Operational Excellence to evaluate functional training needs and develop or enhance current procedures
- Create and track functional training metrics/reports
- Liaise with potential providers for ad-hoc team learning and development solutions and events
- Assist the GBS Functional Training Lead in organizing expirience exchanging, best practices sharing and lessons transfering
- Facilitate social learning and support the development of a knowledge management infrastructure
- Issue periodic functional training status reports and share/interact with Operational Excellence and GBS functional teams
- Have an Bachelor’s Degree, special process and/or Lean Management, education, training, or any other related field is strongly preferred
- Experience in program development, training delivery, experience implementing both e-learning and blended learning solutions is a plus
- Experience in working with Microsoft software applications for development of training tools
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with creating training materials in PowerPoint or other presentation formats
- Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams in identifying training requirements/solutions
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities
