Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with Product Strategy to understand Product and Offering strategy, and ensure strategic assets are created and maintained inc. roadmaps, point of views, statements of direction and product positioning
- Collaborate with Product Managers / Lead Architects in Tech for Ops, other Operations technology teams or broader Accenture to ensure required assets are created and maintained
- For high priority areas, conduct interviews with experts to learn enough about the Product in order to create required assets
- Coordinate asset creation on a Product basis working through a checklist plan and/or focusing on one asset across multiple Products
- Provide QA to ensure assets are consistent, accurate and of high quality
- Work with Marketing to drive market relevant branding, messaging, differentiation and points of view
- Provide Product Owner Coaching to promote collaboration best practice and consistency across all Tech for Ops products
- Coordinate Technology training sessions for our customers, providing information and upselling opportunities
- Develop relationships across Operations and Accenture as Technology Liaisons to push out Tech for Ops Product information and understand other teams / tools
- Run 'Deployment Acceleration' efforts for live client accounts, to upgrade existing tools and adopt new technology more efficiently and maximize hit rates
- Opportunity to work on Tech for Ops Consulting projects as needs arise (client specific or global)
- Degree in technical subject preferred (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics)
- Preferable to have Product Management experience
- Must have application / software experience e.g. Functional Architecture / Business Analysis
- Preferable to have Operations / BPO experience
- Superior written and English skills necessary to write, edit and review Product assets
- Quick learner with good interview and research skills in order to understand Products enough to create assets on a SMAs behalf
- Strong communication skills to promote self-service channels, assets and coach Product Managers / Lead Architects to create / maintain Product assets
- Strong analytical skills to interpret asset needs from Stakeholders and incorporate into team plans, priorities and methods
- Strong operational and client focus
- Communicative, open to internal customers
- Very good English skills is a must
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
