Your profile:

Our IT Support Analyst will have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and is experienced and enjoys dealing with clients/ users at all levels. You will be able to prioritise and multi-task. To succeed in this role you will be self-motivated with good organisational and time management skills to effectively cover all areas of responsibility.

As our IT Support Analyst you will assist our employees with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of their workplace computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines. This will include supporting remotely located employees. Our IT Support Analyst will also be able to resolve technical problems with a varied range of computing equipment and software.
