Front End Developer (JS, CSS3, HTML5)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer to help us building innovative solutions for hotels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and maintenance of front end layers of web applications
• Development and tests across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices
• Issue and bug fixing

Requirements

• Good experience with developing complex web solutions with a combination of: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Good knowledge of JS, jQuery and JS frameworks: angular/backbone
• Experience with Responsive Design (e.g. with frameworks like Bootstrap)
• Ability to cut a Photoshop mock into accessible, cross-browser compatible, standards-based HTML and CSS
• Ability to Maintain library of reusable code
• Clear understanding of browser differences and quirks
• Good understanding of the User Experience: search engine optimization, web accessibility, holistic perspective including efficiency, effectiveness, subjective satisfaction, motivations and feelings
• Excellent design skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent time management skills and a passion for learning
• Team work experience
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English

PREFERABLE

• Experience with back-end development (Java stack, MS stack, PHP, RoR, Python, NodeJS) not needed but will be a big additional asset
• Experience with Web applications testing and test automation a plus
• Experience building SaaS products a plus
