We’re looking for a Front-end developer with experience in systems integration and is interested in joining the banking industry. Our application Clareti Transaction Control (CTC) is a Gresham software solution that provides real-time matching based on business-driven control. Application is used for supporting reconciliation process within Nordea WBO in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland. We are focusing on reduction of operational risk in the area by supporting and developing a backbone reconciliation system where all reconciliation activities could be done, in standardized unified process. A big part of the project is to change and simplify previously existing reconciliations, before moving over to the selected Reconciliation solution.
The role is based in Gdańsk, Poland. We have an amazing office with a view of the sea. You can expect an environment where micromanagement is frowned upon, your private time is respected, and there are occasional pizza talks. To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

- Are fluent in English
- Exposure to Back-end (JAVA 11 with Springboot) is beneficial, but not required
