A permanent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated FP&A Manager for one of the biggest international FMCG groups. In close cooperation with the CFO and Management Board, the successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting key business decisions
- Act as a business partner and provide quality financial leadership and analytical support to category teams and local management
- Plan, direct and monitor all key processes within the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities
- Ensure the organization understands and owns strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and is committed to delivering promised results
- Monitor, report and challenge the financial performance of the different activities in all product categories
- Oversee the preparation of financial and non-financial data for the monthly business reporting
- Provide Management with accurate analysis and recommendations to support key decisions
- Act as counsel to the business beyond the financial aspects
- Lead, manage and develop the local team
- University degree in finance/economics, professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- At least 5 years' experience in finance in an international, dynamic environment in a business controlling role
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communicator, proven experience of influencing others
- Hands-on approach, can do attitude to accompany change
- Strong business acumen and internal/external customer focus
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight reporting deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve objectives
- Fluency in English
