Job description:
Our client is seeking for a person with at least 5 years of experience as a manager who has to manage and lead local sales team. You would need to develop new business opportunities and customer base in the country. To plan and carry out sales activities and manage sales contracts. Also manage budget planning and sales forecasts and implement corporate strategy in the country. To discover problematic areas together with the development of solution strategies and achieving it all under business targets set by the company's management. The position is exciting as it involves challenging and moving work.
Among the strong assumption is that the candidate hasbuilt a strong team that has accomplished success in their field. The successful candidate will have experience in organizing transportation on ships, airplanes and trucks, have excellent communication skills and customer orientation. You have the ability to set targets and achieve goals. You are performance-oriented, consistent, self-sufficient and representative. For an advantage we would consider previous work experience in Russia and basic language skills in Swedish.
