- Providing cross functional support in the continuous improvement of Financial Planning & Reporting Processes
- Providing cross functional processing in the continuous improvement of Performance Management & Analytics system capabilities
- Establishing and maintaining excellent cross functional communication so that requirements, dependencies and decisions are clearly articulated and understood
- Communicating plans and progress with stakeholders on a regular basis
- Developing and maintaining strong relations with IT key stakeholders and keeping current with external technology advances
- Developing and maintaining strong relations with Finance key stakeholders, keeping current with the direction of the business and the needs of the stakeholders
- Have an University Degree
- Professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) – work in progress or completed is an asset
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Financial Reporting and/or FP&A role with proven business process development combined with Systems and Project Management experience
- Knowledge of tobacco industry would be beneficial
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), any other language is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent business requirements analysis skills
- Excellent understanding of management information needs
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient analytical and advance problem solving skills
- Great understanding and participating in delivery life cycle projects
- Experience of setting up and managing finance systems
- Excellent MS Office skills, advanced knowledge of SAP BPC, AFO and BW; Cognos is a plus
