We are currently looking for motivated and flexible in approach to work Candidates to fill the position of:
We are looking for an organized, diligent and detail oriented person with good excel, analytical & communication skills and ability to work efficiently in the dynamic multinational environment. The role would include strong cooperation with the Finance teams within CBRE and Client"s organization. Accounting and Real Estate background would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support related to the Client's real estate finance, ensuring it's accuracy;
- Handling billing process, creating invoices;
- Review of Client's Rent & OPEX schedule with co-operation of Client's finance team;
- Obtaining Banking details information from the landlords;
- Co-operation with vendor management team on supplier setup and changes;
- Creating Repeat Pay Requisition for rent and OPEX expenses based on agreed schedules;
- Perform monthly reporting and ensure accuracy of the monthly reports;
- Providing solutions, improvements, best practices, seeking optimization of the processes;
- Perform additional job duties as requested.
- Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, knowledge of another foreign languages is an advantage;
- Analytical approach to day to day tasks, good planning skills;
- Client oriented attitude;
- Ability to remain focused in a rapidly changing environment when stakeholders have competing goals;
- Able to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met; delivering a high quality service;
- Previous professional experience in accounting/ finance would be an asset;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
