The Financial Reporting Specialist will be the part of the Finance team in the newly developed, rapidly growing real estate investment firm in Warsaw and will support local finance team with their reporting duties. This is a permanent role within a company looking to establish a stable finance team so the candidate should ideally be looking for a long term role and growing with the company.
You will also:
• Perform close procedures on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• On-going financial administration over allocated assets / SPVs
• First contact person for property managers
• First contact person for accounting office
• First contact person for auditors

U Kandydatów zwracamy uwagę na / We are looking for
• Graduated in: Accountancy or Business related degree (preferred),
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a financial reporting environment
• Preferable Big4 Audit experience (1 year) + Real Estate business experience (2-3 years)
• Advanced Excel knowledge as will be working with large complex spreadsheets
• Excellent English,
• Organised, personable and possess a can-do attitude.
