Finance Business Partner for global leaf inventories

• Provide business partner support and financial guidance for the factory finance teams and leaf origin teams across the world to secure high-quality of data and proper leaf inventory planning.
• Constant monitoring, planning, and analysis of leaf inventories within various systems to deliver reporting data for management teams.
• Act as pivotal role between global FP&A teams to give direction on various scenarios planning.

Planning, Forecasting, and Analyzing

• Manage long-term planning process (Annual and Strategic Plan) for leaf inventories with factories and global functions.
• Consolidate forecasting results (Latest Estimates, Outlooks) from factories and global functions, preparing a meaningful and actionable analysis (data, analytics, roadmaps, and presentations).

Systems Management and Continuous Improvement

• Manage various internal tools and work on their constant improvement with focus of increased added value information with automating processes and calculations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to new tools implementations and other strategic and tactical decisions.

• You have a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other analytical fields
• You have 3+ years of working experience in the manufacturing finance function, preferably in a multinational FMCG company
• Professional financial qualifications (ACCA, CIMA) would be a significant plus
• You are tech-savvy, and having a solid knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and BW is a must, while SAP IBP, SAP financial modules, VBA and SQL are considered a strong advantage.
• You show a profound understanding of inventory planning and intercompany material movements
• You have good analytical and organizational skills with a focus on delivering financial information/results
• You are an excellent communicator, coordinator, and presenter
• Spirit of teamwork and cooperation
• Accuracy of work and capability to work with strict deadlines
