Zadania:
This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company. This individual will provide the FP&A for the business including the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. S/he will provide strategic support to senior management including preparing presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, expansion analysis and other projects requested by senior management. The position reports to the Group Finance Director.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Develop and manage the Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Assist in the implementation of a finance system including Business Intelligence Tool
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in the differing markets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
- 2+ years experience in an Financial Planning and Analysis team or similar commercial analysis role
- Experience in multi-unit site concepts preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English
