Financial Planning & Analysis Manager [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]
Location: Warszawa
Our Transaction Management team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain early warning systems for financial tracking
- Proactively carryout value-added analyses on financial data, supporting and testing information provided by Global and Regional financial officers
- Collaborate with financial control personnel to ensure consistent financial data reporting processes and results
- Respond to queries and solve problems related to accounting issues (incl. account reconciliations, ensuring alignment with internal policies / guidelines)
- Assist with development of detailed budget and financial forecasts for use in Global and Regional
- Proactively interface with financial officer in other JLL organizations to obtain financial best practices and in-market data results, benchmarking Country results and methods against ones from other markets
- Drive continuous learning within the team by performing post-implementation financial analyses on past initiatives and sharing results across the organization
- Ensure consistency and interoperability between different financial reporting systems
- Take ownership for timeliness and quality of the processes (incl. coordination of review meetings, follow-ups)
- Lead and coordinate the projects for FP&A CS EMEA
Requirements:
- Significant experience in budgeting and/or controlling positions (min 3 years)
- Experience designing and operating financial reporting and forecasting systems
- Excellent analytical ability
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles (started CIMA/ACCA qualification is a plus)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with senior management and external parties
- A self-starter with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Organized and flexible with ability to work under time pressure
