Financial Controller
Location: Sandomierz

Main tasks:
- Review and analyse monthly management reporting, semi-annual financial reporting, budgeting, longterm strategic planning of the operating entity Grup,
- Provide regular reports, provide the analysis of performance and forecasts,
- Prepare presentations and commentaries as needed for key stakeholders,
- Understand key issues facing the operating entity (trading performance, TWC management, Operating cash, performance, forecasts, KPI's etc.),
- Liaise with Group Financial Controller, Finance Director and Controllers on financial performance of operations, budget preparation, forecasting, strategic plan preparation, impairment testing and other processes throughout the year,
- Participate in preparation of Financial Statements,
- Provide financial input for performance improvement initiatives and capital expenditure proposals,
- Review of internal control procedures and SoX compliance,
- Implement „best practice” policies in Grup, including project management of the design and implementation of Management Information System including Business Intelligence tool and SAP FICO development.
Requirements:
- University degree,
- +5 years of professional experience in controlling,
- Strong management and financial accounting knowledge,
- Advanced knowledge of reporting, budgeting and forecasting process,
- Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze and validate financial and performance data,
- Very strong analytical and logical skills with ability to draw appropriate conclusions and identify inconsistences,
- Demonstrated ability to present and defend opinions/conclusions,
- Drive for results combined with strong attention to details,
- Provide high quality work in terms of equally substance and form,
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and effectively drive the change,
- Knowledge of IFRS and PAR,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
- Strong IT oriented with advanced knowledge of SAP FICO and experience in reporting Business Intelligence systems,
- CIMA or ACCA qualifications/in progress would be an advantage,
- Fluent English,
- Good understanding of the businesses - business acumen,
- Proven ability to manage workflows with multiple stakeholders in an effective manner,
