Our client, a world leader in its branch of industry, due to further development in Eastern Europe, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced individual to join its team for the position of Financial Controller in their office in Warsaw, with possibility to relocate abroad.
- Lead and manage the monthly management and annual financial accounts and ensure that the business complies with Group reporting requirements
- Coordinate and prepare the budget and financial forecasts
- Prepare cash flow and cash flow's forecasts
- Set up and maintain other planning and control procedures, analyze and report variances
- Supervise accounting department, coordinate the systems and procedures and prepare the operating data and special reports if required
- Manage and foster the Company's relationship with third parties, such as internal and external auditors, banks, tax authorities
- Lead and manage the entire local Finance function
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a production environment or Big 4
- You must ideally have life experience in Russia, and professional experience in International environment
- You have previous experience in consolidation, financial reporting, SOX.
- Knowledge of Hyperion and/ or SAP would be a plus
- You are results oriented, self-starter, robust, rigorous, high on procedures and with a strong resistance to stress and pressure
- Strong management and team building skills
- You are fluent in Russian and in English
