Your mission as Financial Compliance (Junior) Specialist will be ensuring the organization's adherence to financial regulations and guidelines, mitigating compliance risks and promoting financial integrity. You will play active role in supporting fraud prevention to preserve company assets. As a Financial Compliance (Junior) Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Conducting internal audits to assess financial processes and controls.
- Identifying compliance risks and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
You possess a natural passion for doing the right thing, have a strong ethical compass and demonstrate unwavering integrity in your work. You have a good understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements, coupled with exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. You are also well acquainted with Arla main ERP and capable of navigating our internal financial data. - Educational background in finance.
- 2-4 years of experience from a similar position in a complex international organisation, or from big-4 consulting / auditing.
- Strong knowledge within accounting, auditing, internal controls & financial compliance.
- Ability and appetite for influencing overall development of global internal control framework.
- Systematic approach to problem solving.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong personal impact.
- Ability to navigate in a complex organisation.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of S2P, O2C, CM or A2R process is a benefit.
