Job Description:
This role will require a candidate with the ability to work effectively across a matrix structure liaising with internal customers across Poland, Baltics and potentially other countries across the region.
Position requires a motivated applicant, with a proven ability to effectively prioritise and deliver innovative, customer focused solutions and support.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Provide financial information and analysis for various stakeholders.
- Provide key business support for the sales function in all analytical and planning activities, including:
- Monthly analysis,
- Preparation of budgets,
- Forecasts,
- Strategic plan (financials) etc.
- Prepare monthly management reports, in particular monthly activity reports per customer.
- Support commercial managers in evaluating new business opportunities in Poland and Baltics
- Own and keep up-to date pricing models and policies for the market.
- Establish the weekly and quarterly forecasts. Analyze and identify the reasons for variations.
- Create financial models for non-standard business cases in collaboration with Finance Director.
Skills & Requirements:
- University degree: business school / finance / economics
- 3-5 years of experience as financial and commercial analysis
- Financial modeling skills
- Strong organizational skills
- MS Office with advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Worked successfully in a matrix structure
- Polish and English language in a must
- ACCA or CIMA certificate will be an asset
