Job description
- Development of global end-to-end processes within the area of Finance & Accounting: Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Fixed Assets or Reporting
- Analyzing Shared Service Center processes within: performance, identifying waste, risks, opportunities and recommend, managing and supporting process improvement project
- Managing Project Management Office for all continuous improvement projects
- Management of multinational projects in virtual project teams
- Supporting projects related to the transition of accounting processes
- Management of the F&A Specialists and Experts
- Supporting the implementation and development of IT solutions
- Supporting process trainings
Candidate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SSC/BPO area on similar position
- At least 2 years experience in process / project / change management - certifiaction such as PMP, PRINCE 2 are a plus
- Experience in managing a team
- Delivery excellent results in international projects
- Fluency in English
- Very good analytical skills
- Very Good co-operation and communication skills
