Decision has been taken to recruit business-oriented Finance Manger with strong experience in accountancy.
- Manage Financial and Accounting Department
- Ensure financial liquidity, proper cash-flow and treasury effectiveness
- Take responsibility of integrity of the financial statements and supervise monthly closing process
- Deliver high-quality group reporting
- Consolidate company's forecast and long-term plan
- Prepare crucial recommendations for strategic decisions made by management
- Cooperate with local tax authorities
- Relevant academic background (finance, accounting)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or Finance Manager in an international company
- Comprehensive knowledge of Polish tax and accounting regulations (including VAT, transfer pricing)
- Self-starter, proactive, open-minded
- High communication, organizational and managerial skills
- Experience in ERP systems
- Very good knowledge of English
