Our Client, a major international company in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, in order to maximize its growth potential, is currently looking for an Interim Finance Manager.
- Co-ordinate and control all accounting activities and the preparation of statutory financial statements and management reports for the Business Unit
- Direct the maintenance of general and cost accounting systems for the Business Unit
- Oversee administration of credit policy and collection of overdue accounts for the Business Unit
- Manage the MMR (monthly management reporting) process and ensure the delivery of clear, concise, timely and accurate performance reports for the Business Unit
- Conduct value added, proactive financial analysis. Ensure corrective actions are devised and implemented.
- Report, analyze and forecast sales. This would include daily, weekly, monthly analysis including statistical trend analysis, by product line and customer, against annual plan and latest forecast.
- Prepare ad hoc report for the Country Manager and RGM South East Europe.
- Support the Business Unit with administrative tasks
- Effectively manage, motivate, coach, and evaluate direct and indirect reports
- 8-10 years+ post-qualification experience
- Good knowledge of Polish accounting (commercial company)
- Commercial experience/exposure to non-financial environments (e.g. Sales and Marketing)
- Previous planning and/or analysis roles
- Good knowledge of English language (oral and written)
- Ability to build key internal relationships with all levels of management
- Work to deadlines and promote a professional approach

- Knowledge of computing/planning systems; Knowledge of Navision, SAP & BW would be a distinct advantage.
