The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
- Being a support to CFO
- Budgeting process & preparation of management information
- Performing financial controls
- Managing finance projects
- Implementing improvements and automation
- Preparing sundry financial reporting, management reporting & presentations
- Processing accounting documents
- Checking various reporting
- Monitoring team KPIs
- Managing auditors
- Administrating procedures and manuals
- Taking ownership of projects and initiativesCoordinating the team (in a case of CFO"s absence)
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance / Accounting preferably in senior analyst /department leader"s role
- Graduate of Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, VBA knowledge will be an asset
- Excellence knowledge of accounting norms and principles and application is a must
- Knowledge of 5 out of AP,GL, AR, Financial Accounting, Financial Control, Tax reporting, Performance Reporting & Budgeting, Accounting & reporting systems
- Basic knowledge of performance management / performance reportingKnowledge of tax system
