Due to dynamic expansion we are looking for candidates for the position of:
We'd like to meet you if you have already been working in Finance function or financial SSC organization for at least 2 years.
We're willing to meet with candidates holding MBA diploma or a Master degree in finance/accounting.
Your track record shows that you have worked with improvement projects across a few entities (might be on a regional level), possibly as a project manager. Due to your strong analytical skills and previous experience with finance processes documentation you easily identify areas for improvement. You have already implemented workflow/ERP/reporting systems and driven standardization of financial processes. You are also an experienced user of MS Office, especially MS Excel and you know basics of VBA. What's more, your English skills enable you professional communication, both written and verbal.
When joining an already established team of experienced colleagues you will be responsible for:
- executing mapping, creation of documentation for financial processes
- running business process analyses and projects
- driving financial processes improvements
- creating and developing tools for finance shared services
- participation in multinational project of ERP/workflow system implementation
- assisting in transition of services to SSC in Poland
- conducting trainings for team members
Some of the tasks will need travelling abroad – max. 20% of the time.

As a Finance Business Process Analyst you will play an important and highly visible role in the organization.
