As Finance Partner for One Digital you will join the management team, and play a pivotal role at the intersection of digital banking and financial management. You will also support the Personal Banking COO area, and thereby anchor the financial steering of technology assets and costs in Personal Banking.
One Digital is Nordea’s front-end development unit, responsible for developing digital solutions across Nordea. From mobile banking to Netbank, Nora and Nova, as well as the platform for digital sales, digital design and digital customer experiences - everything that Nordea needs to stay at the forefront of our customers’ expectations and to become the frontrunner in digital banking services.
While organisationally anchored in Personal Banking, One Digital services and collaborates with all of Nordea’s business areas, through 450 colleagues working across the Nordic countries and Poland. This particular position is based in Tricity (Gdansk or Gdynia)
You will be employed in Personal Banking Financial Management, where we support long-term value creation in Personal Banking and Nordea as a whole. We serve as Finance Business Partners in the management teams in Personal Banking, and based on our financial competences and insights, as well as business understanding, support and challenge performance in collaboration with our stakeholders to drive future performance and value creation.
In our team we cooperate to ensure the best possible financial support across Personal Banking, optimise the performance management system, and develop our skills and competences together.
You will be responsible for supporting with financial analysis, reporting, planning and follow-up. You will also be expected to play an active role in development management and investment decisions, and resource optimisation and planning connected to Nordea’s Digital development portfolio and organisation.
You will work closely with the One Digital, PeB COO and One Tech organisations, and also with your colleagues in Personal Banking Financial Management, Group Financial Management and Group Finance at large – to facilitate the Finance value chain that supports Personal Banking and One Digital.
In addition to being a sparring partner on both strategy and financial management, you will have a range of operational responsibilities, such as:
- Monthly performance follow-up
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Performance analysis and presentations

Your background:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, including technology financial management
- Experience from working with Business Control/Performance Analysis and knowledge of Nordea’s financial systems and tools in the technology management area
- Fluent in written and spoken English
