Currently we are expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for an experienced and accomplished Finance & Enterprise Performance professionals.
Working Conditions:

Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work

Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term

Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year

Minimum master's degree, MBA will be an asset

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) + good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish.

4+ years of consulting (preferred), audit or overall industry experience
-
Experience in Finance Transformation projects (incl. process design and reorganization, change management, implementation of central functions)

Very good working knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) would be an asset

Experience in integration of financial IT solutions (e.g. workflow or document management systems, Hyperion, SAP, other Finance Function solutions) would be an advantage to have

Good technical skills in using MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint (MS Project would be an asset)

Excellent Communication (witten and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills

Ability to adapt in the international environment
