For our client, an international company, due to the development of structures, we are looking for the right person for the position of Sales & Marketing Financial Analyst. The person in this position will be fully responsible for the financial analysis of the area of sales and marketing. This is an ideal position for someone who already has 3 years of experience in finance analysis/reporting and is fluent in English.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Prepare the monthly sales pipeline and new business reporting packs for the management accounts.
- Prepare monthly global sales actuals report showing key variances to budget and required follow up with the local teams to understand variances.
- Prepare monthly and mid-monthly flash reporting.
- Review and report on sales overhead expenses and show key variances to budget.
- Review and report on marketing expenses and show key variances to budget.
- Track invoices received and coordinate payment with AP.
- Develop and maintain monthly global account reporting packs using the finance systems and business intelligence tools available.
- Support in the budget and forecasting cycles for sales.
- Track sales commissions earned according to the commission policy and ensure relevant accruals are booked.
- Administrator responsibility for the Group's sales pipeline tool including the review of the data to ensure integrity and accuracy, new user requests and other related admin functions.
- Assist Finance director with review of new business bid approvals including review of the data and assumptions used by the local site to prepare the bid model and post implementation reviews to compare the bid to the implemented business.
- Assist Finance Director in any required ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Assist Finance Director in any related finance projects assigned.

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Part qualified accountant or close to part qualified status and actively studying.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a reporting and analyst role or similar.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with proven delivery.
- MS Excel skills should be at an advanced level with knowledge of advanced formulae and other relevant functions to allow for data analysis.
- Competent in MS Word and PowerPoint though not essential.
- Proactive and can be relied on to follow up on actions independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and manage time accordingly.
- Flexible and willing to take on new challenges as they arise.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential for this role. Ability to communicate and interact with non-finance professionals.
- Educated to degree level preferably in Finance, Accounting , Business or similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a reporting and analyst role or similar.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with proven delivery.
