- FP&A and Accounting:
- Manage transactional processes for IT in SAP and TM1, SRT templates submission followed by posting validation in SAP
- Systems and business support:
- TM1 operational support and data extracts (including ad-hoc requests). Reconciliation between JTI financial systems (TM1, SAP, GPM). MyShop coordination between business, procurement and finance.
- Management Support:
- provide support for management analysis during month end activities and all planning cycles
- Capex Management
- ensure access, system set-up compliance, coordination of postings working closely with procurement, depreciation calculation and all respective SAP-EAM processes governance.
- You have an Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration
- 2-3 years Finance experience required, budgeting and planning experience (FP&A) is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong proficiency/experience in MS Office applications (Excel, etc.).
- SAP and TM1 (or other Database like systems) experience is a plus.
- Expertise and awareness of the functional operations of IT and procurement/purchases transactional processes is a plus.
- Excellent data mining, analytical mindset, systems-oriented including modelling capabilities.
- Fast learning skills and ability to cope with dynamic environment requiring fast response and multi-tasking.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Details-oriented, accurate and well organized way of working
- Team player mindset with an ability to work in matrix organizations
