This is a great opportunity of the Manager position for capable candidates, who wants to lead international team. 1. Objective
Company strategy supervision of realization of budget and of operations in the area of finance and accounting field.
2. Responsibilities and Tasks
2.1 Supervising budget planning and realization.
On time information of budget planning , realization and control according to targets. Profit maximization vs. Budget
2.2 Reporting Company performance.
On time, correctness and quality of reporting performance.
2.3 Responsible for financial forecasts and performance analysis.
On time, correctness and quality of analysis.
2.4 Responsible for Cost Calculation to monitor Company's profitability
Correct profitability calculation of each Production Line.
2.5 Coordinate Departments actions by preparing budget.
On time and efficiency of the process --schedule, segregation of duties, scope of data to prepare.
2.6 Prepare the company annual budget.
Company Budget, Departments Budgets, Value Added Productivity.
2.7 Supervising setting targets of Departments and Sections.
Correctness of targets assumptions and indicators.
2.8 Ensures realization of Group Financial Policy through supervision of accounting and finance procedures.
Correctness of accounting and controlling performance.
2.9 Responsible for improvement of financial processes.
Number and degree of complication of processes identified and improved.
2.10 Cooperate with European and Japan HQ
Quality and on time information. Opinions from the Headquarters.
2.11 Planning department personal and budget standards and manages it.
Efficiency of department's functioning, customer's satisfaction assessment, extent of budget realization.
3. Requirements
Education
Higher ( Bachelor or Master Degree) - Advantage finance
Experience
Controlling or Finance/Accounting
(Advantage to have experience from international production company).
Min. 5 years, 3 years at managerial position.
