Job Description
- A Field Service Engineer (FSE), provides technical service, assistance, and advice
- Provides formal training programs on equipment for Customers,
- Analyzes and resolves problems with equipment,
- Analyzes and evaluates warranty problems with Customer's equipment,
- Prepares and submits complete, accurate, and timely reports related to service activities, service scheduling, and service expenses,
- Builds and maintains relationships with Customers
- Skilled worker's certificate in Electro-Mechanics or/and Electrical Engineering education
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical field service (especially experience in mechanics, control technique, electrical and electronic engineering, pneumatics, set up and installation of complex machinery, troubleshooting),
- Must have good understanding of mechanical, electrical drawings and diagrams,
- Fluent Polish and English (verbally and in writing),
- Independent but team worker, good communication skills,
- Willingness to travel (both domestic and international) to Customer locations especially to Lithuania,
- PC / Windows Office knowledge,
- Must have a full valid driving license,
- Russian language skills would be an advantage
