Field Service Consultant
Job description:
- Providing effective, fast and highly professional solutions for our customers' service needs.
- Receive phone calls from customers and diagnose, troubleshoot problems over the phone if necessaryContact with the customer via SalesForce Service Cloud
- Providing solutions for the identification of spare parts and required service works, both for warranty and paid service
- Listing of parts needed for repair or improvement
- Preparation of cost estimates for interventions, both in terms of parts and service works
- Conducting a briefing and de-briefing with a technician
- Ensuring that deadlines for interventions are adhered to
- Provide support for a technician during on-site interventions
- Cooperation with TORNOS branches and external service points
- Conducting trainings
Requirements:
- Customer orientation
- Technical education (preferably electromechanical and / or mechanical)
- Experience in assembly and service repairs of CNC machines
- Ability to work independently and consistency in action, attention to detail
- Ability to read electrical diagrams
- Knowledge of SAP software will be an advantageExperience and knowledge of FANUC control issues will be an advantage
- Very good command of the English language
- Knowledge of computer office programs (MS Office)
- High interpersonal skills in contact with clients and colleagues
