Consensus Europe is a subsidiary company of Consensus Group B.V. established in The Netherlands. Group owns a global network of other subsidiary companies around the world. One of major entities is the light manufacturing and trading company Tek-Led based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Lighting entity is operating through 12 shops and offices in all major cities of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Additional offices in Dubai, UAE; Acrra, Ghana and Panama City, Panama are operative for over 2 years. Manufacturing units are located in Almaty, Kazakhstan and Zhongshan City, China. Lighting unit has been already operative in the mentioned markets for over years with around 700 recent employees.
Polish subsidiary, Consensus Europe Sp. z o. o. had been established early this year, 2019 to operate on two different markets; metal servicing and lighting. Metal servicing had already been executed through a third party company located in Poznan as dominating partner of the company. Lighting business is currently in projection to be executed in the first half of 2019.

Job description
We're hiring Field Sales Representative for our Warszawa based office.He/She will be responsible for our start-up business in lighting sector within Poland market (primarly) and neighboring countries. Targetted customers are DIY markets, wholesalers, project based specifiers/suppliers/designers/consultants/contractors. Since this is a start-up business, He/She should be enthusiastic, proactive and self starter to build-up a whole new network and client portfolio.
Key task is to obtain the largest possible share of lighting solutions in the assigned territory at a desirable price.
- Development and execution of sales plan in line with corporate sales strategy.
- He/She will has to effectively apply knowledge and skill in creating an acceptable balance of the customer's needs and the company's current capabilities.
- He/She must develop sufficient knowledge of a customer's business to enable shaping the supply needs into specifications that the company can readily and profitably provide.
- In this role education of clients (showing business advantages) is as well important as sales.
- Preparation and submission of on time required reports to the management, including reports of noteworthy market, customer and competitive developments in the assigned territory.
- The job also requires the ability to deal with extended travel and absences from home.
Requirements
Ideal candidate should have:
- At least 5 years background on lighting market and knowledge on technical terms and details.
- Preferably He/She should have bachelor degree in one of construction related professions like architecture, civil/electric/mechanic engineer, etc.
- Fluent Polish and English speking; German and Russian language speaking will be a plus.
- He/She should be available for travelling.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of sales processes and building up strategies is essential for the position.
- Must have very good organization skills as the position is independent.
