Tasks
- Manufacturing strategies management and action plans with focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost;
- Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives;
- Establishing and controlling conditions of production in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications;
- Preparing plans to increase the efficiency and profitability of logistic activities
- Coordinating the Maintenance dep. function to ensure maximum production quantity and quality;
- Monitoring sales plan to ensure parts and components availability;
- Organizing and supervising activities of Department Managers (Manufacturing, Production Control, Quality Control, Engineering & Maintenance);
- Supervising and control of departments budgets
- Supervising and control of auditing departments according to ISO14000, ISO18000 and ISO TS 16949 system;
Required knowledge & experience
- Technical University education; Postgraduate education in business or logistics is an asset
- 5+ years manufacturing experience including responsibility for management roles (preferable in Automotive);
- Experience in optimizing progresses and costs;
- Knowledge of the manufacturing processes (e.g. Feasibility Study Sheet, Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP);
- Knowledge of ISO/TS16949:2009
- Fluency in English
