A global High-Tech Automotive factories are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position Factory Plant Manager / Director. This is a great opportunity of the Manager / Director position for capable candidates, who wants to lead international team. Tasks dividing according to processes:
Process: Production Management
- Manufacturing strategies management and action plans with focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
- Plan, organize and control of the manufacturing operations in the most effective way
- Initiative processes which reduce manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials
- Preparing plans to increase the efficiency and profitability of the operations
- Establish KAIZEN activities for continuous improving each aspects of department operations.
- Ensuring that the product meets the company's standards, policies and practices
- Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives
- Establishing and controlling conditions of production in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications.
- Participating actively in standardization
- Organizing and directing workflow for satisfying production requirement in a cost-efficient manner
- Developing and motivating the cost-effective alternatives ad improvements to production process 12. Maximizing the efficiency of production lines and ensuring the effective employment utilization
Process: Production Engineering Management (Maintenance)
- Coordination the maintenance function to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
- Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
Process: Logistics and Production Planning Management
- Logistic strategies management and action plans
- Preparing plans to increase the efficiency and profitability of logistic activities
- Coordinating and control the purchasing, stock control, production-planning and distribution to ensure customer satisfaction
- Management of Just-In-Time production process with Kanban system.
Procurement Planning Management
- Plans, manages and controls all aspects of the material procurement for all production items
- Monitors the sales plan to ensure parts and components availability
Process: Human Recourses Management
- Organizing and supervising activities of Department Managers (Production, Production Engineering, Logistics and Production Planning, Procurement Planning)
- Improve manpower utilization within existing departments.
- Motivating of Department Managers in order to improve business efficiency
- Department Managers qualification development and job performance evaluation
- Supervising and control of departments budgets
- Judgment of reports done by department managers
- Supervising, control and implementation of law requirements in subordinate department
- Supervising and control of auditing departments according to ISO14000, ISO18000 and ISO TS 16949 system
- Maintaining employee safety and morale by creating safe working and efficient working environment
- Education: Technical University education
- Postgraduate education in business or logistics is an added advantage
- Experience: 5-7 experience on similar position
- Skills: English- business level
