For our Facility Management division with the office at Krakowiaków 50 in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a talented candidate for the position of:
Facility/Site Manager
Location: Skarbimierz
You will be in charge of:
- Developing and managing FM service delivery team ca. 15 employees, maintaining operational and commercial compliance within client and CBRE expectations
- Providing direction to FM operations and solutions for the account
- Establishing an M&E and Fabric Maintenance supplier strategy for the site
- Establishing standardized processes and procedures across the site in compliance with legislation, client requirements and meeting industry ‘best practice’
- Acting as centre of communications, offering support and guidance for FM services on site
- Developing standard performance indicators and management information for client reports
- Ensuring compliance to legislation relevant to FM services and meeting, for both CBRE and supplier partners for Technical services
- Identifying pull through business and additional works for the site management
You will need to have:
- Confidence and expertise in managing diverse team – key requirement
- 4 to 6 years in a general management position in the FM arena including soft and hard services- key requirement
- Fluency in Polish & English
- Experience in managing P&L circa $7 million with proven experience in effective budget control and financial planning
- Experience in managing Site portfolio comprising numerous buildings
- Understanding of multiservice contracts and negotiations with strong organisation and communication skills
- Experience in dealing with and influencing clients and customers
- Experience in dealing with suppliers/contractors
- Good knowledge of SLA's/KPI's and measurement procedures
- Project management experience within occupied environments
