- Responsible for translation of business requirements into system and process solution through definition of the technical design, customizing, interfaces, development specifications etc. in SAP RE-FX modules
- Influence on standardization of requirements in dedicated areas, ensures consistency of proposed solutions with the core model, communicates and stresses the benefits of standardization within design of IT Architecture
- Identifies, harmonizes and prioritizes of the requirements
- Serves as an interface between business and IT department or internal/external service providers
- Provides support in the evaluation of planning and costs of the requirements
- Responsible in her/his respective area in all stages of a project (workshops, developments, delivery, tests, cut over, hand-over to support organization, etc.)
- Can lead projects in her/his area of expertise
- Experience in SAP – RE-FX modules with ability of designing solutions
- Solid understanding of real estate management concepts and processes (planning, property management, facility management- accounting and technical aspects, ect.)
- Knowledge of integration of SAP RE-FX with other modules and/or other ERP product will be an advantage
- Understanding of complete processes (beyond direct area of expertise) and multi-layer dependencies
- Ability to work in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams
