- Responsible for translation of business requirements into system and process solution through definition of the technical design, customizing, interfaces, development specifications, testing etc. in Java EE Web technologies.
- Serves as an interface between business and IT department or internal/external service providers
- Provides support in the evaluation of planning and costs of the requirements
- Responsible in her/his respective area in all stages of a project (workshops, developments, delivery, tests, cut over, hand-over to support organization, etc.)
- Carries out customer trainings and support during the roll-outs
- Ensures consistency of proposed solutions with the core model
- Proactively identifies core model areas of improvement
- Can lead projects in her/his area of expertise
- Experience in web technologies like HTML, CSS, Java Script
- Experienced in Java EE with focus on Web Applications technologies like JSP, JPA (Eclipse link) and Oracle ADF with ability of designing and developing solutions
- Experience in building Java Web applications based on relational databases like Oracle RDBMS with knowledge of basic SQL
- Experience in Oracle Weblogic Application Server
- Experience in tools: Eclipse, SVN, Ant, JIRA
- Ability to recognize, maintain and develop already working Java EE system.
- Experienced in financial planning , reporting, end-of-the month closing processes
- Knowledge of planning, consolidation and financial reporting applications
- Solid understanding of Finance/HR and accounting concepts, financial reporting and/or performance management processes
- Experience in the integration of Hyperion/Essbase with SAP will be a big advantage
- Understanding of complete processes (beyond direct area of expertise) and multi-layer dependencies
- Ability to work in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams
