Overall description of the role:
Support the Management in all strategic and operational Change Management issues to guarantee the alignment of the organization, the business processes with SAP and other IT systems. The overall aim is to provide operational excellence in business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify functional enhancements to add value to business by analyzing business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and documenting business processes and procedures
- Close cooperation with the Business Owners in order to increase the process efficiency and implementation of group best practices
- Ensure an efficient and complete communication regarding SAP changes
- Follow up and track organization requirements on the Group side
- Coordinate the Key Users organization
- Cooperation with Group business process owners
- Supervise the role assignment for the SAP and others systems
- Provide insight and support to business activities to solve daily business problems by using existing tools and systems.

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant business areas
- At least 3 years’ experience in MM/ SD modules in SAP as a key user
- Understanding of order fulfillment process & logistics
- Proven experience in translating business requirements into SAP solutions and working with the business in understanding and delivering business process improvements
- Ability to manage expectations and prioritise work based on business criticality and impact
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Project lead and management skills
- Proactive and act with open mind by challenging the status quo and drive actions for change
- Team player and strong collaboration attitude
