Executive Chef

Wymagania

The Warsaw Marriott Hotel seeks an Executive Chef to join their staff. Candidate profile includes:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as Executive Chef in international hotel chains (bigger properties with more then 2 restaurants and banquet facilities with more then 500 seats) - Outstanding culinary knowledge - Fluent English and Polish (verbal & written) - Experience in managing a team of 80 associates - Obtaining and seeing to appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resources allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, coordination of people and resources - Knowledge of practices and procedures needed to maintain material, equipment and supplies, including vendor identification and contract negotiation, supply requisition and purchasing, and inventory control - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, operating budgets, forecasting and scheduling, and the reporting of financial data, strong in cost controlling.
