We are looking for a skilled person for the Regional Office of Central and Eastern Europe based in Warsaw and covering countries such as Poland, Austria and Lithuania. He or she will support mainly the Vice-President Operations, but also the team supporting Operations (4 people) in different challenging and interesting projects. Very frequent contacts with Head Quarter of Louvre Hotels Group in Paris will be a great opportunity for the best candidate to develop foreign languages skills and to deal with people coming from different countries and cultures.
The mission of the Executive Assistant:

Provide secretarial and administrative services,

Organize meetings, taking minutes, agenda responsibility,
-
Providing support in organization of business trips,
-
Responsible for the proper management of the Regional Office in terms of office materials ordering, fleet (few company cars) and parking places management,
-
Assist in the preparation of presentations documents and analysis of data,
-
Responsible for the follow-up of Customer Service Quality and Hygiene in hotels,
-
Participating actively in various projects and leading some of them even,
-
Being the link between the Vice-President Operations and different interlocutors, external and internal clients (Hotels General Managers, Marketing and Public Relations agency, State offices…).
